The firm was founded by Yufendy who was legally trained in Indonesia, Singapore and the UK, and licensed to practise Indonesian laws as well as admitted to the Supreme Court of Singapore. With these unique backgrounds and qualifications, Yufendy & Partners is skilled in the reconciliation of English (Singaporean) and Indonesian legal concepts. We are able to accurately explain the Indonesian legal concepts to foreign investors from countries adopting Common Law and European legal systems.
