Woodsford Capital Management Pte Ltd (WCM) is a quantitative fund management company with an Evidentialist investment philosophy. The origin of Evidentialism can be traced back to 1877 when the then English philosopher William K Clifford wrote in his masterpiece, The Ethics of Belief?, that It is wrong always, everywhere, and for anyone, to believe anything upon insufficient evidence?. Years of observation, study and experience of financial markets have led us to the inescapable conclusion that an evidentialist approach is best-suited to defend investors against the two predominant threats to long-term returns: the predatory nature of the financial services industry; and an investors hard-wired behavioural biases.

We are a Registered Fund Management Companies (RFMC) based in Singapore. Today WCM manages two quantitative long only strategies: Woodsford Asset Allocator Fund (WAAF) and Woodsford Foundation Strategy (WFS).
