Being local, and fresh, we have nothing to hide, so we publish our Date of Harvest (DoH) on every pack of our fresh greens so that you know that this is real "Farm-to-table Fresh". CEA is the future; it allows us to grow without limitations, and gives us the flexibility to change with the tides and the moving trends of food culture.
