Soon Seng Huat in short (SSH) as a sole proprietor was established in 11 June 1956.

(SSH) was founded by our former late Chairman, Teo Eng Teng and late Senior Director Madam Ng Soo Lan. As a merchant, delivering imported & locally produced confectionery to retailers all over the whole island of Singapore. Over the years, the second generation of our Chairman was roped in to help out in this rapidly expanding business.

On 20th December 1983, Soon Seng Huat (Singapore) Private Limited, was incorporated. Today, SSH boasts its business relationships with many countries like Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Hong Kong, China, India, Japan, Europe and USA. We are importer/exporter, manufacturer representative and distributor of all kinds of food and confectionery. Our product items ranges from chocolate, candy, biscuit, preserved fruits, canned food, grocery, Japanese food, Japanese eggs, Japanese Rice, USA rice, liquor, plum/ liqueurs, chilled food, frozen food, ice cream and also into baby-food and non-food. We supply to all departmental stores, supermarkets, mini-markets, convenience stores, hotels and restaurants. We also export to our neighbouring countries and maintain good and close ties with our customers. SSH has a sales office in Malaysia (K.L) to supply and coordinate with the various retailers for our merchandise.

Into the 21st Century, our environment, our lifestyle, our eating habits and tastes are all changing rapidly. Our aim is to work more closely with our customers and understand their further requirements. Our vision is to continue searching products so as to achieve our mission to give our customers complete satisfaction.
