Serangoon Air Travel Pte Ltd was promoted in the year 1998 with a paid up capital of S$ 200,000 and staff strength of four, including the two promoter Directors. Initially our Company started with Air-ticketing only and as we grew in strength, added many travel related services. Currently we are offering to our clients the entire gamut of travel services like Tours, Hotel Reservation, Cruise, Visa services, Cargo, Travel Insurance, Courier and Bus tickets.

During the initial years, our Company faced many challenges due to stiff competition as well as unethical business practices of some unscrupulous competitors. Due to extensive support of the Airlines, hard work of our Company staff as well as our business & service policy, our Company has grown in sales turnover from S$ 3.5 Million in the year 1998 to S$ 40 million in 2009. The Company has performed extremely well even in the period of regional economic slow down due to wars and SARS.

We are located in a commercial center, Little India, which is one of the major tourist attraction centers.

Our customer centric policies and staff training, have earned us accolades and great support from our clients. We serve our customers 365 days a year and extend timely help, irrespective of the hour of the day.

As part of our on going expansion plan, our overseas office at India, was established at Chennai in 2001.
