The College is officially established in 2008 under the business initiative of Science Arts Company PTE LTD, a home grown Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) company with more than 40 years of history.

The College was set up with the important task of propagating the value of TCM via promoting training in complementary and alternative health services. With a wide range of specialised training and outreach programs, the College hopes to promote and popularise TCM in Singapore.

Besides being an Approved Training Organization for the Spa and Wellness industry, the college also provides TCM general education programs to schools/institutes and Wellness workshops for corporate employees. As part of the Colleges Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program, it also organizes Annual TCM Culture Camps for schools and health talks for the general public.
