Saiwai Boeki Shokai Private Limited is a private business company was founded in year 1998 as a joint venture between parties from Japan and Singapore. Headquartered in the island republic of Singapore, the Saiwai Boeki Shokai name quickly became synonymous with integrity, reliability and quality.

Its beginnings was preceded by its equally successful sister company, Glotex Trading Corporation. Saiwai Boeki Shokai Pte Ltd, name meaning ?Happy Trading Company?, has since branched out into several major markets worldwide, with numerous associate offices in Japan, Dubai, Singapore and Vietnam.
