From its original location at Loyang Offshore Supply Base, the Company began operating the Singapore Batam Express Sea Cargo Service in June 2000. The Company then moved its operations in December 2002 to Marina Wharves at the Port of Singapore Authority (PSA) to improve on the transit time between the two sea ports. However, with the closure of Marina Wharves in December 2009, the operations had to relocate to Jurong Port from January 2010. In December 2008, the current Shareholders took over the Company (then known as Penguin Speed Cargo Pte Ltd) from Penguin International Ltd. With the completion of sale, the Company was re-named PSC EXPRESS PTE LTD in May 2009.
