Pan-West was founded in 1970 in Singapore. The original group of 7 shareholders had a vision that the business would spread throughout Pan Malaysia which was how the word (Pan) was found. The second word (WEST) was added because some of these shareholders were from Penang, the island on the West of Peninsula Malaysia. Hence the company Pan-West was born!
The first Pan-West opened in Liat Tower (Orchard Road) in March 1970 and became known as the original Asian Golf Company. The company grew to become the leading Golf Retailer and wholesaler in Singapore and Malaysia with over 25 stores in 2015.
