JOY CHAWLA (PA JOY)
In his 40s. Joy has built up some assets during his years through land investments and alternative investments. He had recently invested and mentored the growth of a Bio-med company from infancy till IPO. He is well known for his good reputation and integrity, and this has resulted in a vast network within Thailand, Cambodia and Korea.
Joy, well known as a philanthropist at heart, amongst his peers. His good reputation and big heart has allowed OCTO Capital to play a role in many business opportunities and new ventures. Joy has created the opportunity for OCTO Capital to run and own a Direct Sales Channel for a reputable health supplement company from The United States of America.

MARVYN TAY (WYN)
Graduated from The University of San Francisco in 2001. He has worked with his father at Prudential Assurance Singapore for 6 years before venturing into consultancy and advisory projects. Today, he co-owns a couple of I.T. businesses and still runs OCTO Capital together with Mr. Joy Chawla, in the aim of easing business mergers and acquisitions in the region focusing on Thailand as they see the effects of AEC changing the way companies will move.
Marvyn thanks the people who have supported him and believed in him over the years and feels that his current position is attributed to his wide network of business associates within China, Europe and Asia. Marvyn is able to bring investors and/or projects to relevant parties.

Graduated in 2001 from ABAC in International Business.
He has been an entrepreneur since he graduated and has been dealing with various off market deals focusing on real estates and land banking exercises.He plays an important role in growing OCTO Capital & Consultancy in Thailand with his vast network and strong business sense and his continuous desire to learn, adapt and apply his experience and knowledge to OCTOs projects.
