oke Lum PAC is a Public Accounting Corporation in Singapore. Established in 1992 as Loke Lum & Partners, the firm aims to provide quality corporate consulting, tax planning and business services to both local companies as well as international companies.

As of January 2016, we are proud to announce that we are now a member of PrimeGlobal, one of the top five largest associations of independent accounting firms in the world.


DIRECTORS

Mr Daniel Loke (Managing Director)
Daniel qualified as an accountant with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, UK. He is effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin and is also conversant in several local dialects. He holds a fellowship with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (UK) and Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants. He is also a member of professional institutes and associations in Singapore, including Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA); Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA); CPA Australia and Insolvency Practitioners Association of Singapore (IPAS).

He started his career as an audit trainee with Ernst & Young (Then Turquand Young). Leaving the company in 1980 as an audit senior, he established his own accounting firm, Loke & Co, in 1981. The practice flourished and expanded through a merger to be established as Loke Lum & Partners in 1994, before converting into a PAC in 2015.

Ms Elizabeth Lum (Executive Director)
Elizabeth was educated at Raffles Girls School, Singapore and obtained a Bachelor of Accountancy from the National University of Singapore in 1981. She is bilingual in English and Mandarin. She was admitted as a Certified Public Accountant by the then Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore in 1991. On top of that, she is a member of the professional institutes and associations in Singapore, including Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA); Insolvency Practitioners Association of Singapore (IPAS); CPA Australia and Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).

She started her career as an audit assistant with Ernst & Young (then Turquand Young). She left Ernst & Young in 1984 to become the Audit Manager in Loke & Co. In 1992, she was admitted as a partner of the then Loke Lum & Partners.

Tan Tong Kai (Director)
Before joining the Corporation as a Director in 2015, Tong Kai was a Partner in another local accounting firm for many years. Prior to that, he worked in a large international CPA firm and was also a Partner of a large local CPA firm for 10 years. He has vast experience in the audit of many industries including banks, insurance companies, manufacturing and trading companies, foreign companies, investment holding companies, multi-national companies, travel agents, schools, associations, clubs etc.

Tong Kai is a member of the professional institutes and associations in Singapore, including Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants ("ISCA")(Fellow and Practising member); Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (United Kingdom)(Fellow member); The Malaysian Institute of Accountants (Chartered Accountant) and Singapore Institute of Accredited Tax Professionals (Accredited Tax Advisor, Income Tax).
