LOBSTER SPORTS TENNIS BALL MACHINES:

1. Two Years Local FSC Limited Warranty (Available for NEW machine and in Singapore Only) or,
2. One Year Extended Warranty Package, or
3. Export Package


Lobster Sports Tennis Ball Machine warranty is offered by the manufacturer and is subject to the Terms and Conditions stipulated on their website

Lobster Sports Tennis Ball Machines comes with a 2 years warranty excluding the battery and accessories which are covered by a 6 month warranty. During this warranty period, parts will be provided free of charge from Lobster Sports and installation will be provided free of charge by FSC (Singapore) Pte Ltd. In the event of a severe malfunction which requires the parts or machine to be sent back to Lobster Sports (USA), freight will be payable by the customer.

Requirements for valid warranty:
Warranty period begins from invoice date
Customers must send back warranty card to Lobster Sports as stipulated
Customer must have FSC (Singapore) Pte Ltd Invoice with Company Stamp
Machine Serial Number must match our records


The Limited Warranty does not cover the following conditions:
Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, alteration, accidents, tampering, abuse, fire, war, insurrection, civil disorder, flood, acts of God or any other casualty:
Failure of Customer to properly follow operating instruction provided in the instruction manual from Lobster Sports and the operating instructions provided by FSC (Singapore) Pte Ltd; and
Damage caused by use on circuits or voltages other than indicated on the applicable nameplate.

Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions will void the warranty which will be entirely at the discretion of FSC (Singapore) Pte Ltd.

Under no circumstances shall FSC (Singapore) Pte Ltd be liable to the Customer or any other person for incidental or consequential damages of any nature, including without limitation, damage for personal injury or damages to property; and however occasioned, whether alleged as resulting from breach of warranty by FSC (Singapore) Pte Ltd, the negligence of FSC (Singapore) Pte Ltd.


INTERNATIONAL WARRANTY PRICING WITHIN SINGAPORE:

All Lobster Sports Tennis Ball Machines purchased from FSC (Singapore) Pte Ltd for export under its 2 year Manufacturers International Warranty pricing are NOT eligible for FSC (Singapore) Pte Ltd.'s 2 year limited local warranty guarantee. Any local servicing or repairs conducted by FSC (Singapore) Pte Ltd will be chargeable.
