Started by an Introverted Graphic/Web Designer, who had over 15 years of experiences in Creative Industry.

Through this 15 years, she had been working very hard behind the scenes, pushing herself to meet customers' needs and deadlines. She thought working hard was the only way to grow. However, there was NEVER A SEEP of ADVANCEMENT in her career, and her life was stagnant.

What She Had Discovered That Changed Her Life?
Finally, she discovered the MAIN FAILURE in her life - the keyword COMMUNICATION?. Because of her quiet personality, she can only express herself through drawings and visuals. She blamed herself for not being able to speak up for her own needs and wants. In the end, she lost all her confidence and was demoralised. She totally shut off herself from the outside world, as well as her family - From a cheerful & quiet ordinary person, to an extraordinary introvert. Totally withdrawn...

What Brought her Back to Life?
Fortunately, her passion for design never stop burning. (Well, that is the ONLY TOOL she could use to express.) She had a tingling question inside her. She had gained a new perspective! She was wondering:
If people already have difficulties communicating well with one another, how can visual (a stationary piece of information) help in linking up the gaps of communication between people??

This is how "LINKING GAPS" is born.

The Insight
Linking Gaps is able to SEE the communication gaps between people to people in every business. Each visual that reaches customers, is hidden with BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES. A clear and focused visual can attract customers. On the other hand, cluttered visuals with multiple messages could lose them easily. Our purpose is to help to DECREASE the pain of losing potential customers and INCREASE higher opportunities in business.
