Rui Liang, best known as Toon, is a Singapore based photographer well

known for his works in various portfolios in Asia.

He prides his creativity on the belief that photos can tell the story of his subject and its designer through the 'elements' of lights, camera and action. His master craftsmanship stems from his origins as a fine art artist which he now translates through the camera.
In 2011, Toon was featured in the The Underground Stage: Fashion, a short film showcasing the industry's most prominent artists & designers during the Singapore Fashion Film Festival 2011.
