Established in 2003 by our founder Mr William Oh, Lam Chee Group has a diversified business portfolio from Private Housing Development, Construction and Maintenance, Project Management Consultancy and Metalwork Fabrication. Lam Chee Groups core business is in Construction and Maintenance. Being a grade B2 accredited company by Building and Construction Authority in both General Building (CW-01) and Civil Engineering (CW-02). Lam Chee Group are able to underhand projects of up to $15million for public tenders. With a dedicated team of experienced employees, Lam Chee Group continuously strives to meet the needs of its customers for total value by offering competitive prices, high quality products and excellent after production and after sales services.

Chief Executive Officer

Mr Francis Tan had more than 20 years of experiences in the construction industry. He is responsible for setting the Groups Corporate Direction and strategies. He is also in charge of overseeing the Groups daily operations.

Director

Ms Cynthia Oh possesses more than 10 years of experience in the human resource and public relations sector. She is responsible of the administrative governance for the Group and also in charge of the Human Resource and Public Relation Department.

Managing Director

Mr Sky Oh had more than 8 years of experiences in business management and is in charge of the Groups Businesses in Private Development, Project Consultancy and Metal Works Engineering.
