IREIT's portfolio comprises five freehold properties in Germany valued at approximately €439.2 million. Strategically located in the key German cities of Berlin, Bonn, Darmstadt, Münster and Munich, the IREIT Portfolio has an aggregate net lettable area of 200,603 sq m with 3,441 car park lots.
