GLOBAL MARITIME was established as Heavylift Singapore Pte. Ltd. in April 1995 in Singapore, changed ownership in November 2012 and was renamed to GLOBAL MARITIME HOLDING PTE. LTD. in February 2013 and were serving mainly German Ship Owners.

Today GLOBAL MARITIME manages a mixed Fleet of Containerships ranging between 1,700 TEU to 7,000 TEU, and Bulk Carriers ranging from Handysize to Capesize Type vessels.
