Launched in 2013, the Business Council for Sustainable Development Singapore is a CEO-led business association of forward-thinking companies that aims at galvanizing the business community in Singapore to create a sustainable future for business, society and the environment. A registered non-profit organisation in Singapore, the Council helps drive debate and policy change in favour of sustainable development solutions in Singapore and in South East Asia.

The objectives of the BCSD Singapore is to:

be a leading business advocate on sustainable development
participate in policy development to create the right framework conditions for business to make an effective contribution towards sustainable development
develop and promote the business case for sustainable development
demonstrate the business contribution to sustainable development and share leading edge practices among members
