The Need and Ambition

Bonita was founded in Jan 2013 by two independent Singaporean women, Manjeet and Neeru.
They have been providing beauty services in Singapore for well over 5 years and realized that most beauty shops are transaction based i.e. shops care only about sales.
Not much heed is paid on ambiance product quality, service experience and hygiene. Customers were not necessarily given impartial advice on regular beauty care. Development of ways to improve customer experience wasn't a priority. They decided to change it.

Having their own shop allows them to address such issues and continuously develop a better experience. Ultimate focus for Bonita is to develop "The Bonita Experience" that would set Bonita apart from others.

What Bonita prides on

Singapore is competitive, loosing out is not an option. Being a woman places additional challenges as they must also manage work along with their families.
Very ambitious, many expectations, very little time.
This is the common ground that ties the founders of Bonita with its patrons.
